  • 3–7 year loan terms

Construction Real Estate Financing

  • A typical transaction of $25 million or more
  • 2- to 3-year loan terms (with up to two 1-year extension options depending on the situation)
  • Generally non-recourse, with completion, carve out and debt service/carry guarantees
  • Rates typically floating, based on a spread over LIBOR
  • Loan to cost/value typically 50% to 65%
